Their technology has innovated this space during a period of digital transformation, adding innovative products such as instant messaging and engagement to an already extensive portfolio, providing clear and concise solutions to their customers.
As they continue to scale globally, they are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to service their enterprise market. This will be an opportunity to own the technical, commercial relationships with key prospective clients in the enterprise space, with typical AOV of £200k+.
You will have autonomy of working in a Senior Solutions Consulting capacity in the UK and further European regions, being the evangelist for the technology, providing technical subject matter expertise throughout the sales cycle.
Due to the majority of enterprise sales being a Salesforce solution, this person must be an expert in the Salesforce platform (preferably Sales Cloud)!
Qualifying a client’s needs based on driving factors and a business’s pain points.
Identifying and putting together a trusted solution based around the products the business can provide their client.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, in order to work closely with their clients on their business’s requirements.
Work with Account Managers to define value and provide in depth propositions and project delivery.
Active participation in scoping and executing client Proofs of Concept (POCs).
Collaborative working with internal teams (technology, logistics, professional services, etc.) to help design and communicate best-fit solutions.
Understand and participate in performance management processes.
Work with Delivery Consultants to design ad-hoc, innovative solutions.
The successful Solutions Consultant will most likely bring the following skills and experience:
5+ years’ experience in a Solutions Consultant/Presales capacity within a fast-growth SaaS environment.
This person has to have experience with Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, CRM, Marketing Cloud etc)
Ability to work on your own, with experience growing a key region.
Collaborative team member, with the ability to work on their own.
Attention to detail.
Preferably fluent in additional European language.
