The Senior Solution Consultant will be responsible for the successful implementation across the EMEA clients' tech eco-systems. This role requires a deep knowledge of API integrations and tech-ecosystems in order to cement themselves as a Platform and Technology Subject Matter Expert.
You will be tasked on providing technical subject matter expertise post-sale across the roll-out process.
To identify key areas for integration of existing customers platform, through qualifying of custom solutions, allowing full functionality of platform.
Consult with the client’s external teams as well as consulting with internal teams in Professional Services and Product.
Research, design and implement a complex tech solution.
Provide ideas and recommendations, following industry trends, in order to assist product and processes.
Create content and develop customer facing and training materials.
Perform on-boarding and training courses alongside Solution Architects and other cross-functional teams.
Lead integration projects by leveraging standardised connectors to Enterprise Software solutions in complex customer environments.
Provided guidance to customers who are implementing solutions using the API.
The successful Senior Solution Consultant will most likely bring the following skills and experience:
5+ years of experience ideally in Consulting, E-commerce or Project Management type roles.
A deep understanding of E-commerce or digital projects is key.
Customer orientated with highly professional communication skills. Previous customer facing experience is a must.
Experience with B2B technologies (Middleware, ERP etc) or eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Demandware, Hybris etc)
Collaborative team member, with the ability to work on their own.
Strong attention to detail.
Deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Some understanding of web technologies & popular web frameworks (data formats such as JSON/XML, CSV, Responsive Design, Restful APIs).
Fluent in German & English
