Ross is originally from Birmingham but moved down to London when the opportunity to work at TalentBox presented itself! Having previously studied Law at UWE in Bristol, and then throughout Covid worked as a postman.
When he is not recruiting he enjoys watching West Bromwich Albion play and also play a variety of different sports including football, skiing and tennis. He is also currently in the process of trying to learn to speak Thai.
