We are currently recruiting for a Pre IPO - Market disrupting Legal tech vendor. They have raised a $20M+ Series A round. This company has one of the best product market fits I have seen with one of the biggest conversion rates from Pilot trial that I have heard of.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver strategic insights, analytics, and recommend improvements to the revenue team’s GTM.
- Work with departmental heads (Sales, Marketing, CS) to determine and track the most impactful KPI’s
- Create dashboards, monitor revenue metrics, and understand how they are performing against goals
- Find ways to streamline and automate the processes through which we gather, analyze, and present data from disparate sources.
- Oversee systems and data administration and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting
Who you are:
- You have 5+ years of B2B revenue operations or sales operations experience
- Experience working with all departments
- Ability to track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze them, and turn them into actionable strategies
- Have experience implementing key work tools as well as CPQ tools and Sales enablement tools
