I am currently hiring for the leading CX Cloud tool, revolutionising the way brands connect and engage with their customers via digital mediums. They allow brands to build and maintain 1:1 relationships with their customers, no matter the size of the business. Now a global team of 2,200+ employees and a market cap over $4bn, they are supporting some of the most recognisable brands globally such as McDonald’s, P&G and Uber to grow their own customer experiences and brand affinity.
- Play a key role in new business teams and coordinate with other internal stakeholders for the largest accounts in The Nordics.
- Conduct deep discovery on clients' business outcomes.
- Create compelling presentations to demonstrate technical solutions and the subsequent business value proposition, relative to customer requirements.
- Deliver in-person and digital presentations.
- Educate key stakeholders on the value and functionality of the solution.
- Meet face to face with clients and attend industry events.
- Keep abreast of an accelerated training and development programme.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years experience in SaaS pre-sales.
- Experience with Martech and/or CX.
- Highly detail orientated approach to preparation, planning, and execution.
- Expertise in selling to various industries such as FSI, Retail and Automotive.
- Swedish or Danish or Norwegian and English fluency is essential.
