Director of Sales, Germany - Software - Customer Experience
- 1st line management role responsible for an enterprise sales team delivering between $8-$12million revenue per year.
- Inspire and coach a team of 6 field sales reps whose performance you will assess and support their professional development.
- You will help your reps to navigate and run deal cycles using the MEDDIC/Force management sales frameworks/methodologies.
- You will make sure that quarterly and yearly revenue targets are met in your team.
- Overseeing the hiring of A-players in the large enterprise and global strategic market segments in Germany.
Ideal candidates for the role:
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and training people to become the top 10% performers in their sales force.
- 7-15 years experience in SaaS meaning you have the experience to navigate and execute complex SaaS deals.
- Proven experience in hiring, training and implementing strategies to enable reps to be successful.
- Application of the MEDDIC/Force management sales methodologies.
- Creating a culture of learning and collaboration as well as transparency so that others can challenge each other to reach the high demands of the region.
€300k OTE (50/50) with significant RSU’s
