My client is reinventing pricing, support and delivery of CLM solutions. Preparation for challenges, readiness, and agility are things that are borderline impossible with existing paper processes. This wastes time and money under normal circumstances but has become an indispensable tool over the pandemic, where paper documents have become difficult to access.
They are looking for a Transformation Manager to build the foundations for successful use of the software.
- You will own a three month deployment to then hand over to Customer Success.
- Help clients set up, configure and use the software.
- Solve issues and support the clients day to day.
- Deploy the software into the existing tech stack.
- Will need at least 3 years in a similar role
- Will have strong growth mindset to develop yourself, improve your company, and help your clients.
- Will be good at building relationships.
- Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
