- Customer Success team focuses on continuous collaboration with customers, resulting in high retention and expansion rates.
- You will be a builder, coacher, leader for an enterprise Customer Success team.
- Partner with sales leadership and multiple other internal functions to maximise Customer Lifetime Value.
- Drive high-performance through a metrics-driven approach, using key performance indicators.
- Support in revenue forecasting and health.
- Personally be involved in the hands-on management of customers with over 10k employees.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in a Strategic Customer Success position, within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- 2+ years leadership experience of an Enterprise Customer Success team.
- Experience managing accounts of up to 10k employees.
- Proven background in hiring, onboarding and training top-performing CSM’s.
- Takes care in detailed profiling of their clients needs and pain points, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Willing to be a driving force in the business and hands-on contributor.
- Clear structure and methodical approach to partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
- Fluent or Native German.
