SPRINKLR - Building out a Post-Sales/Client Services team

MISSION:

Building out a Post-Sales/Client Services team from scratch in emerging regions.

STORY:

Sprinklr were a hyper-growth SaaS business, developing into emerging markets, none more so than the DACH region; they placed their first hub on the ground for that region in Hamburg, Germany. Eventually, after their phenomenal client acquisition in the region over the first 18 months, there was a need to service these clients, opening the requirements for Implementation, Managed Services, and Customer Success specialists. Over a period of 3 1/2 years, Cian (Director P&PS @ TalentBox), has contributed towards over 8 hires for the Client Services team alone, acting as an integral partner to delivering success services to the region.

RECOMMENDATION:
